Collaborative Agencies

Collaborative agencies are the backbone of Georgia’s System of Care. These include child-serving state agencies, community organizations, care management entities, Medicaid partners, and public health and education systems that work together to coordinate planning, funding, and service delivery.

Mindworks convenes these partners to break down silos, improve communication, and ensure shared accountability across the system. Through joint strategic planning, data sharing, evaluation activities, and aligned priorities, collaborative agencies work collectively to strengthen care coordination, advance early intervention, and improve outcomes for youth with behavioral health needs. Their partnership enables a seamless, cross-agency experience for families navigating the system.
