GeorgiaDirect is a secure email messaging service that lets providers send and receive authenticated and encrypted patient health information over the internet to other authorized and trusted recipient-both within Georgia and nationwide. GaHIN offers GeorgiaDirect at no charge to authorized, credentialed providers.

FindHelpGA is an online platform that helps parents, caregivers, and families locate local supportive programs. It includes thousands of services such as parenting support, after-school programs, counseling, legal referrals, resources for grandparents, and help for family violence concerns. 

Community-based organizations can use FindHelpGA to ensure families are connected to accurate, up-to-date services by claiming their program listings and keeping their resources current on the platform.

The Office of Analytics and Program Improvements provides a one-stop-shop for all data requests related to the Department of Community Health related healthcare analytics.

EASE is an online portal for submitting applications and managing processes related to healthcare programs administered by Georgia’s Department of Community Health (DCH) This source is used primarily for:

  • Medicaid and PeachCare for Kids applications

  • Provider enrollment and credentialing

  • Submission of reports, documentation, and forms for state health programs

The Georgia Crisis & Access Line (GCAL) is a 24/7/365, toll-free service for behavioral health crises, operated by Carelon and partnered with the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. It provides immediate mobile response, crisis assessment, and service referrals, with data integrated into the state’s 988 ecosystem to track crisis care metrics.

ARCHI uses shared data to examine the root causes of health across Atlanta.  ARCHI tracks key community health indicators and works with partners to monitor progress and improvements in health across Atlanta, including literacy rates, routine doctor visits, insurance access, transportation access, SNAP, income and poverty measures, housing cost burden, air quality, and physical activity.

OASIS is a suite of interactive tools used to access and visualize the Georgia Department of Public Health’s standardized health data repository. Available data include vital statistics, hospital discharge, Emergency Room Visits, STDs, and Census Population Data.

Supports identification of geographic areas and populations with elevated health and substance-related risk factors using population health indicators to inform System of Care needs assessment, prevention priorities, and cross-sector planning.

The GA All-Payer Claims Database provides information on medical, dental, and pharmacy insurance claims. An Insurance claim includes information on the healthcare services provided to patients and the associated costs that are submitted to health insuranc eproviders for reimbursement.

Georgia Insights is the Georgia Department of Education’s (GaDOE) central, public-facing platform for data, analytics, and reporting designed to inform decisions in K-12 education. It provides interactive dashboards, reports, and data downloads covering student performance, attendance, teacher pipelines, and school financials to support educators, parents, and community members.

Georgia Student Health Survey focuses on school climate, which describes the quality of school life by measuring student and adult (families, teachers, and staff) experiences related to academics, relationships, safety, and the physical environment. Statewide, system-level, and school-level results are provided.

Assesses school climate, safety, and the learning environment from the perspectives of students, teachers, and staff, including engagement, sense of belonging, safety, leadership support, and overall well-being. The data are used to identify strengths and areas for improvement, inform policies and interventions, monitor progress over time, and guide state and local efforts to create safe and supportive learning environments.

GEEARS provides Early Childhood Profiles that are available for each of Georgia’s 159 counties, the City of Atlanta, Georgia State House and Senate Districts, and the state’s Congressional Districts. These profiles include a range of data relevant to early childhood, including early learning, 3rd grade assessment, economic hardship, and other family- and health-related indicators.

Tracks children’s kindergarten readiness across key domains, including health and physical development, social-emotional skills, cognitive and language abilities, and family and community supports. The data are used to assess readiness, identify service gaps, guide early childhood planning and resource allocation, and monitor progress and the impact of early childhood initiatives over time.
