The Georgia THRIVE Pathways program (Pathways), funded through the Georgia Opioid Abatement Trust Fund supports families impacted by substance use disorder and opioid challenges. It personalized care through screening, connecting individuals and families to treatment services, offering enhanced home visiting programs, educational resources, and peer support. Its goal is to help families navigate recovery, improve health outcomes, and build stronger, safer communities.
Mindworks has partnered with the Clayton County Health District to implement the Georgia THRIVE Pathways program. Georgia THRIVE Pathways strengthens Georgia’s system of care by connecting families to critical resources and services that promote behavioral health wellness and foster a positive family environment, ensuring a healthy start for infants and children.
Through this initiative, families impacted by opioid use disorder, substance use disorder, and behavioral health challenges receive targeted support to improve stability and well-being. The program emphasizes early intervention, care coordination, and access to evidence-based services that address both immediate needs and long-term recovery goals.
